Georgetown University seeks an attorney for the position of Associate University Counsel to provide responsive and comprehensive general legal services to the University community. The Associate Counsel will support the University’s investment, advancement and financial affairs functions and will handle international and corporate matters. Candidates must have at least seven years of experience as a practicing attorney, with extensive and broad-based experience in handling and managing employment, litigation and commercial matters. Candidates must possess a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school, a strong academic record, demonstrated first-rate legal acumen and problem-solving abilities and top-notch oral and written communication skills.
