USC Transportation is seeking a service-oriented individual to join the Guest Relations team as a Customer Service Manager.
The Guest Relations Manager is a key agent in creating the Best USC Experience within USC Transportation services. The Guest Relations Manager support all entrance gates on the main campus and on the health sciences campus and is a primary touch point for guests, faculty, staff and students that come to the USC campus. The Manager will oversee daily operations, budget administration, special events, as well as employee relations, hiring, staff scheduling, training, disciplinary action and performance reviews. Additionally, the Manager sustains business workflow and maintains efficiency in the services we provide. This role reports to the Associate Director of Transportation.
