Our award-winning Transportation department is proud to be moving in a green direction with services such as green buses and Campus Cruisers, car-sharing, subsidized carpool and vanpool options, on-site fuel station and an excellent transit program! USC Transportation is seeking a service-oriented individual to join the Guest Relations team as a Customer Service Lead.
The Customer Service Lead is a key agent in creating the Best USC Experience within USC Transportation services. This position support all entrance gates on the main campus and on the health sciences campus and is a primary touch point for guests, faculty, staff and students that come to the USC campus. The Customer Service Lead will serve as a liaison between the Guest Relations managers and Gate Ambassadors and will provide guidance and direction to the staff members.
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday; approx. 5am - 2pm
Hours subject to change to meet operational needs.
