ROLE of the POSITION
This position exists to strengthen the promotional and marketing efforts of the Thomas & Mack Center / Sam Boyd Stadium / Cox Pavilion for special events. The person in this position should clearly articulate, create and maintain a positive customer and event branded experience and work with production, creative services, event services, ticketing and UNLV athletic marketing teams to find new ways to increase awareness of the UNLVtickets brand and its events.
This person will help initiate and drive integrated marketing communications by working with a cross functional team to clearly articulate the brand/venues and its events throughout all marketing and communications channels.
This is a key position in the marketing department. Through generating greater awareness within the local community and nationally for the venues and special events, ticket sales and revenue are increased.
