Monthly salary: $2,400+ depending on qualifications

Essential Functions Provide exhibition support by compiling and editing production schedules, assisting with loan forms and checklists, and distributing materials such as exhibition proposals and catalog mailings. Format and proofread wall labels, and liaise with the graphic designer about interpretive materials. Communicate with the public, artists, lenders, and other institutions on behalf of the curatorial staff. Assist with budget planning and general research needs. Coordinate photography of artworks and installations. Obtain written documentation for copyright of images for publications and interpretive materials. Draft correspondence on behalf of staff and proofread documents. Maintain curatorial records and files. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, prepare PowerPoint presentations, and take minutes as assigned. Perform all business transactions for staff such as processing travel paperwork, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and soliciting bids from HUB vendors.
