Hiring Salary Range: $2,938 - $4,053 / Month

Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Development, Health Sciences Major Gifts. The incumbent will provide primary support to the Executive Director of Development. Responsibilities include: calendar support, travel arrangements, tracking and processing expenses, monitoring budgets, handling donor correspondence, preparing senior leadership briefings, preparing research and gathering prospect/donor meeting materials, event coordination, collaborating with colleagues across External Relations, Health Sciences, and the University, preparing reports as necessary, and handling confidential information. The incumbent will interact with all levels and constituents of the organization, physicians and other faculty, development staff, communications and marketing staff, Health Sciences executive administration, board members, major donors and prospects and community contacts and organizations. Responsible for independent problem solving and performing duties with high quality service, utmost courtesy and confidentiality with group process approach to accomplishing work. This position requires excellent teamwork and customer service to coordinate effective support for the Major Gifts team. As requested, manage special projects of a highly confidential and sensitive nature.
