Description The University of Texas at Austin is currently seeking applications for a Development Associate.

Monthly salary: $2,833+ depending on qualifications

Manage calendar for associate dean. Plan and manage details for donor and prospect meetings, visit information packets, events, visits and tours. Prepare associate dean for meetings to include providing reports, itineraries, meeting agendas and handling follow up needs. Manage travel details and process expense reimbursements. Assist associate dean with portfolio management. Contact prospects and donors and secure monthly visits. As directed, assist other dean's gift officers with same functions. Facilitate donor visits and calls to the Development Office. Research information, update database records and generate donor, prospect and alumni reports. Manage naming opportunities, projects and procedures. Prepare and proofread correspondence for associate dean. Assist with the development of timely and accurate reports, letters, proposals, gift agreements and case statements. Provide regular reports on prospect management, and analyze fund raising performance metrics and results. Assist with capital campaign. Assist with donor stewardship and special events. Provide backup support for gift processing, endowment compliance, gift officers' calendars, travel and expense reimbursements.
