|Description||Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas is seeking a Program Coordinator.
Starting salaries for positions may be negotiable based on qualifications and experience
Assists in identifying funding opportunities, organizing grant related activities, developing grant fund disbursements, promotional media and marketing, writing periodic grant reports, and facilitating current and future funded projects, including Project GO (Department of Defense grant). Work with staff to organize programming, events, visits, seminars, and faculty advisory committees. Communicates with our faculty and with overseas counterparts regarding planning for meetings, events and travel arrangements. Coordinates with other staff to provide content for overall marketing/ communications efforts, including press releases, social media, website, radio and newspaper outreach. Develops and proofs content for various publications. Provides background research for initiatives to specialists, faculty, administrators, and other university and external units regarding ongoing grants and projects. Other related duties as required.
