|Title||He was 0-8 as a MMOgo|
|Description||He was 0-8 as a MMOgo starter in 2016. This doesn't feel like Plan A. Jimmy GaroppoloPro: Garoppolo played well in two starts in place of Tom Brady in 2016, and he's the most intriguing non-draft option, someone the Patriots could make available at the right price. Con: Wouldn't this be Brian Hoyer all over again? How much do you really want to pay for that if you're the Browns?MORE: NFL rumors, reported deals by positionColin Kaepernick Pro
Kaepernick is the only quarterback on this list who has started in a Super Bowl, and he did have 16 TDs and four interceptions in 2016. Con: He did that for a 2-14 team, of course. Kaepernick is 3-16 as a starter the past two seasons. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Low chance DeShone Kizer Pro
Kizer has an excellent arm and owned a 45:18 TD:INT ratio as a college quarterback at Notre Dame. Con: He also started for a 4-8 team last season. It would be a surprise if this was Cleveland's second pick in the first round. MORE: Browns WR Pryor receiving interest from five teams, report saysPatrick MahomesPro
Mahomes picked up momentum at the NFL Combine and put up gaudy statistics the past three years at Texas Tech. He finished with 93 TDs and 29 interceptions. Con: Texas Tech had a 16-21 record the past three seasons. Mahomes would be a gamble, and Cleveland can't afford to gamble at this position anymore.
No chance (we think) Kevin Hogan Pro: It's Hogan's second year in the system and he played in four games last year, compiling 104 passing yards. Con: If Hogan is Cleveland's Week 1 starter, then it means the original plan or plans did not work. AJ McCarronPro: McCarron worked with Jackson in Cincinnati and is a higher-end backup now. Cincinnati might listen to offers.
