Provides clinical diagnostic evaluation and assessment of clients. Provides emergency and crisis intervention services. Documents all pertinent information. Establishes relationships with various social worker departments within the University as well as community agencies at the local and state levels. Provides follow-up care as is necessary, via appointments, visits, or telephone contact with patients, students, families, and/or public health nurses. Documents developmental care in records.
