Monitor the Admissions Office email inboxes and reply to emails; explain admission procedures and trouble-shoot difficulties with the on-line application process for applicants (phone, in person, email); along with GSAS Manager of IT provide front-line support for faculty and staff using the OnBase application review system.
6. Update admissions information on GSAS website; organize data for annual application update process; and
